Your privacy is incredibly important to us. Your postal and email addresses are securely stored in a password-protected database that only our administration team can access. We use your email to send you the PostCircle newsletter. We will never share your details with anyone outside of your assigned circle. If you ever decide to leave PostCircle, all of your information will be permanently deleted from our records. 

We welcome letter writers from all over the world! You can choose between a UK only group, a mix of UK and International group, or a circle exclusive to your own country.  Please note: Since most members are currently based in the UK, if you choose a country exclusive group outside the UK, it may mean a slightly longer wait for a match.  Thank you for your patience while we set up your circle.

Yes, please! It never fails to amaze us how much joy and connection can come from a single letter. If you’ve formed a special friendship, received a piece of mail that touched your heart, or found solace in writing during a challenging season, please drop us a line. We regularly feature these beautiful stories in our newsletter to highlight the magic of our community. 

Sometimes everyday life just gets busy! If it's been a while since you last had any mail, we suggest trying these simple steps: 

First, try to be understanding; sometimes people leave it so long to reply that they feel too guilty to start up again, so a gentle approach is always best.

Next, why not try sending out a bit more post yourself?  Receiving a lovely letter or surprise postcard is often the perfect reminder of why they joined PostCircle in the first place, and it might just inspire them to write back.

Finally, if things are still quiet after that, please send us an email.  We can easily drop your whole circle a warm, friendly note to check in on everyone.

PostCircle is a friendly, supportive space, and we expect all members to treat each other with respect. We cannot monitor private correspondence or run background checks on members. If you experience any unacceptable behavior, please feel free to stop writing to that individual immediately, and please do report it to us so we can take appropriate action. 

No, sorry.  For now, PostCircle is only open to members aged 18 and over. We love the idea of helping children learn the beautiful art of letter writing, so it is something we hope to explore in the future.
